About Tier Two

This is the basic level required to legally conduct business in a British Columbia community.

Visitor-Ready refers to a business which has all of its licenses, permits and insurance in place in order to operate legally. A business that is visitor-ready is often operating but does not have market-ready products. These businesses usually demonstrate clear gaps in terms of market-ready standards, hospitality and service levels.
