Current CGPO Tewanee Joseph will continue to work with ITBC in an advisory role to ensure the integrity of our strong leadership as we prepare to welcome a new Chief Governance and Partnerships Officer to the family. We are thankful to Tewanee for his embodiment of ITBC’s principles of authenticity and togetherness.
Reporting directly to the House of Tyee (Board of Directors), the CGPO develops and maintains relationships with external organizations, specifically First Nations and their political agencies, Indigenous organizations, government, and tourism industry agencies. This position provides support to the House of Tyee and works in equal authority and decision-making capacity with the Chief Marketing and Development Officer and Chief Financial Officer
