These criteria are used to determine if a Indigenous tourism experience / operator is ready to offer visitor-ready products / experiences to consumers.
Visitor-Ready refers to a business which has all of its licenses, permits and insurance in place in order to operate legally. A business that is visitor-ready is often operating but does not have market-ready products. These businesses usually demonstrate clear gaps in terms of market-ready standards, hospitality and service levels.
The following criteria must be met if a business is to be classified as visitor-ready.
