Kwa’lilas is a kwak’wala word used by Gwa’sala-‘Nakwaxda’xw people, which means a place to sleep. Guests of the property can immerse themselves in the vibrant culture and history of the Gwa’sala-‘Nakwaxda’xw people through the curated artwork, including masks and designs by local Indigenous artists displayed throughout the hotel.
