The Osprey Nest is located on the shore of Williams Lake, the traditional territory of the Williams Lake First Nation (WLFN), or the T’exelcemc (people of WLFN), who belong to the Secwepemc (or Shuswap) Nation. The menu blends timeless brunch favourites, hearty burgers, vibrant bowls, and flavourful entrées with inspiration drawn from Indigenous culinary traditions, each dish crafted in house with local, and seasonal ingredients.
