Witset RV Park and Campground

Witset RV Park and Campground
The 40-site Witset (Moricetown) RV Park and Campground stands north of Smithers on a plateau surrounded by snow-capped mountains, overlooking the beautiful Widzin Kwah Canyon and conveniently located on the popular Yellowhead Highway 16 circle tour route to Alaska.
The campground overlooks the beautiful Witset Canyon with access to world-class salmon fishing. Originally named ‘Kyah Wiget (‘Old Village’), Witset is a Witsuwit’en village in the heart of northwest British Columbia, located on the side of the Wetzin Kwah (also known as the Bulkley River). All serviced sites have water, sewer and power. Larger sites offer 50-amp power, and medium sites offer 30-amp power. The campground includes eight un-serviced tent sites and is the first accessible campground in British Columbia, with roll-in accessible showers, picnic tables and sites, well-compacted, level surfaces and accessible picnic tables.
