Located 25 minutes from Massett, drive down the well maintained gravel road which is flanked with ancient rainforests. The longhouses are nestled within beautiful Naikoon Provincial Park boundaries in an ancient village on Northern Haida Gwaii. The seven Haida longhouses and the immense Group Longhouse offer comfortable and cozy accommodations. This is truly a "GLAMPING" experience as Hiellen Village Longhouses is off the grid and the amenities are very basic. The location is world renowned and highly sought after by adventurers and beach lovers worldwide. Bald Eagles and the resident Raven of the Village welcomes guests to this magnificent hideaway. Take a walk along the 21km unobstructed beach which is just seconds from the longhouses. Guests can find peace and quiet and clams and crab in the warmer months. Through the collaboration of the Northeast Aboriginal Business Centre and Treaty 8 Tribal Association, the Indigenous Artist Market was created as an outlet for local Indigenous and First Nation(s) artisans. Here they are able to sell their pieces as well as hold workshops to teach their craft. In addition, the market has gifts and souvenirs that promotes First Nation(s) culture and traditions. Due to COVID-19, the Indigenous Artists' Market will be open for sales within the limited hours as posted and will also be available for online orders. All forms of payment are still acceptable, including Visa/Mastercard/Debit/Cash.

Welcome to our Western Red Cedar Post and Beam duplex cabin with 1,200 foot wrap around deck, amazing mountain vista views on 172 acres of Northern BC wilderness. Located approximately 109 kms north of Terrace, BC in the beautiful Nass Valley, home of the Nisga'a Nation. The east end guest cabin boasts 3 private bedrooms with open concept living/dining/kitchen area, 27 ft. vaulted ceilings and access to many trails. An additional 2 bedrooms with 17 ft. vaulted ceilings and a shared bath are available on the second floor of the west end dining cabin. Breakfast is included with your room and lunches and dinners will be provided upon request at an additional cost.

We offer doorstep delivery, basic instruction, trip planning and pick-up on your schedule. We also offer guided hikes, canoe trips on the lakes or ocean and custom speedboat tours. Guided trips are the best way to see the local area in a personalized way without all the prep, research and gear; we handle that stuff! We also do outdoor education, so we can add a lesson to your canoe rental, offer lake and ocean canoe courses and outdoor skills instruction to meet your needs.
